Review sales, customer outstanding balances, payments and collections alongside accounting and VAT reports. Invoices display BHD amounts to three decimal places. Your configured tax settings and business records still need to be correct.

A few things to know.

Can I use Retail when connectivity drops?

Prepared devices can use the supported offline POS workflow. A first sign-in, workspace preparation and later synchronization require connectivity; installing the app alone does not prepare an offline workspace.

Can staff and the owner use different access?

The application separates company Admin and staff permissions. Choose the appropriate role when setting up each user; a marketing-page visit grants no workspace access.
